What is Participant Dashboard and How Do I get Set-up?
SequoiaSD Participants, who have a valid email address, have access to Participant Dashboard. Participant Dashboard allows users access to view their budget information on demand. Participants, approved representatives, and Case Managers can have access to Participant Dashboard. Direct Care Professionals (DCPs), or employees, do not have access to this service.
Those with access can view the following information as it is submitted to SequoiaSD:
- Budget
- Timesheet
- Invoice
- Lump Payment Data
Participant Dashboard is also capable of downloading and saving spending reports, enrollment information, SequoiaSD announcements, and contact information for Case Managers and DCPs. Learn how to do this in our Navigating Participant Dashboard article.
To create an account, Participants will have to provide SequoiaSD a valid email address. SequoiaSD will create your account, and you will be sent a confirmation email to set your own username and password.
Setting up an FMS One Account
Users can access Participant Dashboard through FMS One. Those with an FMS One account can sign in with their username and password. Those without FMS One need to sign up through the welcome email sent by SequoiaSD. If you are struggling to sign in or sign up for FMS One, please see the resources below:
Participant Dashboard – Logging In and Out
Once you’ve created and your FMS One account, you’re ready to log in to Participant Dashboard. On the SequoiaSD website, ____.
After clicking, “Sign in with FMS One” you will be able to sign in with your credentials. After you’ve logged in, click the Participant Dashboard icon to open the app.
What Can I See?
Participants and their approved representatives can view the dashboard. This access includes the ability to see budget data for the Participant. Participants are taken directly to their dashboard upon logging in. Representatives must select the Participant for whom they want to view.
